Make money with Google Adsense.

Making money from google adsense is the new craze. Multi page websites etc. Can anyone tell me just howe successful they are with these sites. I have been told google do not index duplicate content so how do we get around selling ready built web pages which must contain duplicate material. Any comments welcome.
